At Gursattva, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered in the best condition.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of jaggery products, we don’t support Returns
Refunds
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos of the product and packaging as proof.
- Once the request is verified, and approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or shape, as these are natural characteristics of jaggery.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
